Note:

The art of combination is explored in this work. Individual particles float simultaneously, but are not yet fused together. These cells vary in meter, timbre, and musical content. In waves of integration, the pieces learn how to conform to one another through mimicry and alignment. In separation, they learn to be distinct. The process of amalgamation occurs as the particles fit into place in the complex, yet simple, design.
